Applications:
1/Sorting: Products that are initially disorganized are transported to a designated sorting area. There, cameras capture images of the items, and this information is sent to robots for efficient sorting.

2/Packaging: Both standard and irregularly-shaped products can be packaged using suction cup fixtures or custom-designed fixtures. This process often involves a six-axis robot to ensure precision and versatility.

3/Stacking: Industrial robots commonly perform stacking operations, making them ideal for handling materials like bagged, boxed, or barrel-packed items, as well as ton bags.

4/Unstacking: Similarly, industrial robots effectively unstack items such as bagged, boxed, and barrel-packed materials.

5/Loading onto Vehicles: Using 3D camera technology, the movement of vehicles is tracked and transmitted to the robot. AI algorithms then determine the most efficient stacking method, allowing the robot to load goods onto the moving track. This system is compatible with 99% of open-top trucks.
